- To book your first appointment, you can use our online form or call the office. We recommend filling out the form with as much detail as possible so Natalie can prepare for your appointment.

- Your first meeting with Natalie will be an orientation. She will ask you questions about your current condition, past experiences, and expectations for therapy. This is a time for you to ask any questions you may have and discuss how therapy can help you.

Confidentiality:

- All discussions with Natalie are strictly confidential. You can be assured that any information you provide will remain between you and your therapist.

Payment and Insurance:

- We accept various forms of payment including insurance policies. Please make sure your insurance company covers mental health services or check with them before your visit.

Canceling and rescheduling appointments:

- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you do so as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This will allow us to offer your time to other patients.
